You pay Azuverse Platform L.L.C-FZ through secure checkout. Azuverse holds the funds and pays the specialist after each completed lesson, minus the platform commission. This protects you: if a lesson doesn't happen, the money is still with the platform and is refunded or rebooked.
All prices on the platform are set and charged in US dollars (USD). Your bank may convert the amount to your local currency at its own exchange rate.
No. The price on the specialist's profile is what you pay. Azuverse's commission is deducted from the specialist's side per completed lesson.

Yes — lessons can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time, directly with the specialist through the platform. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You can switch to any other specialist on the platform. Unused package lessons are refunded pro-rata, and Azuverse support will help you find a better fit at no cost.
